Shipping & Delivery Times
• We ship worldwide with tracked services.
• UK Standard Delivery: typically within 3–7 working days (may be longer during sale periods).
• Express Delivery: typically 1–3 working days for UK orders if placed before cutoff times.
• International deliveries usually take 5–10 working days depending on destination and chosen service.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For deliveries outside the UK, import duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We cannot mark parcels as gifts or cover custom charges.
• If a parcel is returned after refusing customs fees, any incurred charges may be deducted from refunds.

Tracking & Updates

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

• If an item is lost or stolen after delivery, or left in a safe place at your request, we are not responsible once the parcel is marked delivered.

Returns Window

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Shipping Costs

• Returns are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent at the customer’s own cost.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Surkhaab Ethereals cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

• Returns must be initiated through our Returns Portal before sending items back.
• Customers may arrange their own return shipping or use any courier of their choice.

Refunds

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• Any additional shipping costs for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked Final Sale, customised products, or hygiene-sensitive items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
